1880s sheer day dress

The dress uses a base of calico salvaged and bleached from curtains other wise destined to be thrown away. This is overlayed with a sheer cotton used for mosquito nets.
The skirt was patterned after 1870s pattern layouts and the bodice from my previously developed late victorian bodice pattern.
