dressing gown

This is the most well known costume that Christine wears, as it is recognisable in the video to "Music of the Night", the second music video from Phantom of the Opera to go to air.
I have finally finished this costume. Yet another case of all dressed up with nowhere to go, this time due to a communication breakdown. It was for a Halloween party there were some free tickets to.. I could have been partying with the stars;).
Still, it finally prompted me to "finish". I might add a ruffle to the skirts like I did for the other version of this gown I am also altering.
Materials:
Chinese "brocade"- really a damask type fabric, 4m of 112cm wide
Poly jacquard, 1m 112cm wide for belt
Poly heavy crepe for backing belt
Fine lace to trim the cuff ruffles
Heavy wide lace for cuffs and neckline
fine poly crepe georgette for the inner cuff ruffles

2nd dressing gown

This is the most well known costume that Christine wears, as it is recognisable in the video to "Music of the Night", the second music video from Phantom of the Opera to go to air.
This is my second recreation of this costume.
The fabric 1s a damask, with an all over pattern of butterflies and bows. Very feminine and a warm off white.
