Wool dress based on a figure in a painting by Lucas van Leyder of cardplayers. The wool was a recycled blanket as was the wool for the surcoat worn over the top. There is a wool crepe kirtle underneath custom dyed from burgundy to a warm black using stovetop home dye methods.
